My salty go-to is peanuts. Ice cream I can usually substitute a thick creamy yogurt for or a fudge pop.

Baklava? I don't think I could help with. I'm doing SBD and can't think of how I'd incorporate phyllo dough and honey.

Salty: I do nori strips (seaweed)! Or peanut butter. Or homemade pita chips.

Sweet: Frozen yogurt or frozen pureed banana. Tastes just like ice cream
