I was 16 when I cut out drinking sodas and juices. I still gained my way up to 330 pounds.
Still, I sometimes wonder if I would've gained even MORE if I had been drinking my calories in sodas, juices, etc.
I think it's just one other thing to be conscious of. Not that a person can't choose to drink their calories, but it's a step in the right direction for it to be a
conscious choice.
