We went out of town during the Christmas holidays last year. We went to a restaurant that served spaghetti squash as a side dish. They used Fall/Holiday flavors to season it like cinnamon, etc. It was very good. This past weekend I made spaghetti squash with pasta sauce. I had leftover spaghetti squash. I browned it in a pan and added it to my omelet. It was pretty good, but I could "taste" those holiday flavors in my head. I could imagine using spaghetti squash as dessert. Maybe some type of custard, etc. Does anyone have a recipe for something like this? TIA

I lost 1/2 of my starting body weight and entered into maintenance May 2011.
Now the real work begins!
