there are so many things that when I go to the grocery store I won't even buy anymore because it just seems so nasty, honestly makes me want to gag when I think about eating it..

Anything made by Lean Cuisine and other frozen diet meal companies (except for a few select organic brands). I finally read the ingredient panel Plus I received an email from someone that worked in the Lean Cuisine plant (a member here) that described how they made their chicken. That was the first step towards vegetarianism for me Investigating how the rest of the food was made was a definite turnoff.
