I love greek yogurt and eat it almost everyday. You can get plain and mix in some spices and it replaces cream sauces for your meat or pasta and is delicious. I prefer the chocolate or pear types most....yummy, or peach for dessert or when my sweet tooth kicks in!

I have yet to try flavored greek yogurt. I have used it a LOT however for cooking. I use it to trim calories off alfredo sauces or any cream sauce at that! It is perfect...just remember to add it last on low or NO heat or else it curds up like cottage cheese!
