Question is there such a thing...

does anybody have a low point guacamole recipe??
I tried it for the first time the other night and should never have got started. Now I'd love to learn how to make it.
thanks

I've never tried this recipe, but we have received a lot of great comments on it by email over the years.

It's Stella's Mock Guacamole. It uses canned asparagus instead of avocados. I know, it sounds unusual, lol, but everyone that tries it loves it and says it tastes like the real thing!
