Edamame Shelf Life?
I am a big fan of edamame, and last Wednesday (almost a week ago) I boiled up a package and ate some, let the rest cool, put in one of those tupperwares and into the fridge. I nibbled off it on Thursday and Friday, then haven't touched it since. It is still in the fridge, and there is a little bit left. Is it still OK to eat since it has been almost a week? How long does it stay good for?
