I'm torn on this. Unsweetened almond milk has only 30 calories and I LOVE it with my protein shake! But it has significantly less protein than soy milk. So I'm not sure.
And the further you go down the sugar chain...chocolate, to vanilla, to regular, to unsweetened...the more almond flavor you get. I think I could get used to it but I like to EAT my almonds. I like the vanilla flavor, but unsweetened is almost too nutty. Mixed with protein shake though...delicious!
