Great article and I agree- Americans eat WAYYYYY too much processed junk. lol and call me dumb but I NEVER thought about the name "snackwell".

I cut out salt ages ago- so much in fact that now I'm more sensitive to it! I'm almost to the point that I don't like eating out and can easily say "no thanks" when someone wants to eat out.

I've found that eating more whole foods at home (and yes taking time to cook it which honestly isn't MUCH time) has greatly improved my quality of life.
