I found this recipe while looking at low calorie meals on foodnetwork.com
1 & 1/2 Cups freshly squeezed orange juice [approx. 4 oranges]
1 tbsp lime juice
1 cup strawberries; tops removed & cut in 2
1 to 1 & 1/2 ripe bananas
Combine all ingredients into blender & process until smooth. Refrigerate until cold.
**TIP .. You can use frozen strawberries to give the smoothy more of a frothy frozen feel.. mmmm yummy!
