Is there anyone that takes mineral oil? If so, how do you take it and why, benefits.

Hey Chickadee - I've read that mineral oil is actually a very bad idea and depletes your body of nutrients. I'm off to find some good info (rather than random internet silliness, which there is plenty of) for you but wanted to toss that out there before you started using it.

The only reason I know of to take mineral oil by mouth is as a stool softener.
