So my boyfriend and I are fajita-fanatics. We eat them seriously at least two to three times a week. We usually just cook some chicken along with some red and green peppers and some onion (add fat free cheddar or light sour cream, if it pleases you) and then throw it on some tortillas. So, anyway... We've been using the South Beach Diet tortillas for the past few months and they were good. But we went to a different grocery store this week and stumbled upon La Tortilla Factory tortillas. And holy crap... they are SO unbelievably good!
Here's the nutritional breakdown for one large tortilla (62g) - I'm not sure of the exact size but they are quite large - the size between taco and burrito, I'd say.
Cal: 80
Fat: 3g
Sodium: 300mg (this is literally the only downfall they have)
Potassium: 35mg
Carbs: 18g
Fiber:
12g!
Sugar: 1
Protein: 8g
They're nutritious AND delicious! And at 80 calories a piece, you absolutely cannot go wrong!
Oh and we also picked up the taco-size ones. Only 50 calories!

P.s. No this is not a commercial - I just really freakin' love these tortillas!
