Substitute hummus for cheese, carrots for Cheetos, cucumbers for the Rice Krispies railing... actually, keep the Rice Krispies, they're not too unhealthy for sweets But I imagine even if you're a total dork and basically bring a dressingless salad, no one will complain if it's shaped in a Snackadium.

Veggie Tray, Fruit Tray (with Fat Free CoolWhip or a Yogurt Dip for the fruit). A salad of some kind works too. Veggie or Turkey Wraps made with Laughing Cow cheese, or Hummus. There's lots of options.
