High protein breakfast suggestions

I'm at a loss when it comes to breakfast. All the things that I like are really high in carbs and fats.
I am not crazy about eggs, so what could I have for breakfast that is high in proteins, low in fats, average in carbs and in the broad range of 300-400 calories??????

Maybe for protein:

turkey sausage or other low/reduced fat sausages
yogurt
milk (by itself or in reasonably healthy fruit/berry smoothies)
cheese (by itself or in/on something else)

Maybe for carbs:

fruits
berries
oatmeal
some of the healthier sorts of cold cereal
a small or low-calorie piece of bread, half-bagel, muffin, etc.

Just some ideas.

Breakfast burrito with a low-fat tortilla, black beans, salsa, some shredded Mexican cheese mix.

La Tortilla brand 100 calorie tortilla = 100 cal
Black beans, fat free canned (1/2 cup) = 100 cal
Paul Newman Salsa (2 tbsp) = 15 cal
Kraft colby/cheddar shredded cheese (1 oz) = 100 cal
1/4 avocado (1 oz) = 50 cal

optional, negligible calories: chopped tomatoes, jalapenos, lettuce

optional, 70 calories: 1 scrambled egg, microwaved without oil (this is how I have it)

If you don't like eggs you could add 2 oz shredded chicken breast (might also be able to find a low-fat breakfast sausage).

You could lower the fat a bit if you want by leaving out the avocado (but it's a good fat), or using non-fat cheese. There are lower calorie tortillas you can get (check the tortilla thread), also low-carb, non-gluten, high fiber, all kinds of things. This already has a good amount of fiber because of the black beans and avocado, though. It also takes just seconds to make if you have the black beans in a tupperware in the fridge.
