So my new "veggie" (though not strictly a veg) of the week is cannellini beans. I noticed they are a decent ratio of protein to carbs, bulky and low cal so thought I'd crack on any have some. Bought them in a can so I don't need to simmer them for days on end but if I like them I'll be getting a pressure cooker for them, but I don't know what to cook with them.
Looking for a meat recipe that disguises the unfamiliar taste a wee bit, but nothing hot, not lots of other veggies and absolutely definitely no
tomato. Any suggestions?
