Lo-Cal Italian Ice?
I'm bombing my goal every day with a couple Italian Ices - no fat but they are 110 calories each. Has anyone made these treats with Crystal Light or a similar very lo-cal drink mix? How do you get that hard slushy texture when you freeze a dozen or more cups? I'd prefer not to have to blend them when I'm ready to eat them during a movie or before bed.
