Take two skinless boneless chicken breasts about 5-6 oz. each put in a plastic ziploc bag with 2 Tbsp. lemon juice, 2 tsp. minced garlic, 2 tsp. dried thyme, 2 tsp. dried oregano, salt and pepper to tatse; seal, and mix to coat the chicken. Let that marinade for about a half hour, and grill or broil chicken 20 minutes or until fully cooked. It is so good! I love it and cook it often. I never seem to get tired of it

Yum! I would grill, slice then and put in a warm pita pocket...MMMMMMM
