Default Bison! As lean as chicken!

My new obsession is Bison! It is as lean as chicken, but tastes as awesome as beef! I'm not sure how accurate this nutritional information is, because I have found some conflicting data... But check it out!

Have you tried Bison?

Nutritional info on 3.5oz
Bison: 146 cals, 7.21g fat
Chicken: 143 Cals, 8.10g fat
Turkey: 149 cals, 8.26g fat
Beef (90% lean): 176 cals, 10g fat

The source was USDA national nutrient database

That's been my experience also. We use it for our steaks now. It's more expensive, but our health is worth it!

love it -- it really allows a chance to diversify the tastes.

add a little hot pepper sauce, really good,
or some low sodium taco seasoning, and fry up with the burger,
and add to the top of my salad -- almost like a taco salad!

Not until you push yourself to the limit and then past that, will you begin to realize "exactly what" you are capable of handling physically & mentally. Yes it's scary, hard, & exhausting. But, when you challenge yourself & strive to work harder than you ever have at the beginning of each day, when you finally stop to ....rest, you'll be more positive than anxious about your future!
