I have been wondering this as well, I have eaten strictly grass fed and finished beef for the past 3 or 4 years. I know that it is significantly leaner (and tastier!) but I've hard a hard time nailing down the caloric difference. I did find this online-
Grass-fed Beef Feed lot-fed Beef
2.25 grams of fat 8.5 grams of fat
20.25 calories from fat 76.5 calories from fat
791 mcg of Vitamin E 315 mcg of Vitamin E
70 mcg of Vitamin A 35 mcg of Vitamin A
1.05 grams of CLA .26 grams of CLA

There is also this article where the author highlights some of the benefits of grass fed-

There is a big difference in price which turns alot of people off but it really isn't necessary to eat beef, or any meat everyday. I'd say we have beef 3 times a month or so which makes it budget and health friendly!
