Best choice at a mediterranean restaurant?
 

I'm having dinner with a friend tomorrow at a mediterranean restaurant. This is kind of embarassing, and I can't believe it, but I've NEVER had mediterranean cuisine!

I looked at menu and there seems to be a ton of healthy choices, but I'm not sure what a lot of the sauces are, and I'm also not sure if the dishes are cooked in olive oil, fried, or what-not.

What are your go to dishes at Mediterranean restaurants?

I'm Armenian so this one is easy for me :) I would pick the BEEF SHISH KEBAB or Chicken...... looks good.... hope you enjoy! :) Also if you want a great apitizer you could try Sarma if they have it.... sometimes they call it Stuffed Grape Leaves........ very good!

PS: Most of the oil choices they use are olive.
