I'm mostly thursty.... what can I drink that will help fill in as snack?

I think I've figured out one of the reasons that I snack so much.... its because I'm thirsty..... I love skim milk... I could drink it all day! I love smoothies.... I love juice! I do drink water but its not filling.... and gets boring.

What can I drink that will help substitute snacks? Something I can drink frequently at work (I sit at a desk for 8 hours a day... thats another one of my problems).

Thanks for any suggestions :)

Tea maybe? I don't know, water is pretty much my first choice and I find it as filling as any juice, tea, coffee or soda. Milk is more filling, but I really don't enjoy more than an occasional small glass of milk.

I should have added that I don't drink caffeinated beverages.... no teas, no coffee, no soda..... except sprite zero and root beer those are my only 2 soda choices.... no diet sodas except for the sprite zero.

So I have sprite zero and water...... but I'd really love some other juice or smoothie choices. Thanks :)

Could you drink decaf tea? My favorite brand is Mighty Leaf. It's very pricey (found at Whole Foods) but soooo good.

Another drink I love is Swiss Miss low calorie hot cocoa. Yummy, filling, comfort drink! All you need is some hot water.

I do a 12 oz. can of seltzer (sometimes plain, sometimes a flavor) and 4 oz. of juice. If you going to be drinking a lot, though, you may want to try to get away with 2 oz. of juice. Or sometimes for juice, I will use a scoop of frozen juice concentrate.
