Re: Jicama Slaw-Bobby Flay has a version at foodnetwork.com that calls for chopped Napa cabbage in addition to the jicama and carrot. Of course his isn't low-fat at all....1/2 cup of canola oil in the dressing. Just thought the cabbage sounded good with the other veg.
Does anyone know if jicama is considered a starch like a potato is??
