Protein powder? Recommendations?
I've been thinking of adding a scoop of protein powder to my morning oatmeal...a mix of protein with carbs seems to keep me satisfied longer, and there aren't many proteins I enjoy mixing in oatmeal. However, I have no idea what to even start looking at when it comes to powder...what types of proteins are better, low calorie, easy to mix in, etc. Anyone have any recommendations for specific brands? Thanks for any help.
