I need some ideas on what to pack for lunch. So far I have a shaved turkey sandwich, with wonder bread/calcium enriched white bread, light mayo, and fat free cheese. Im thinking about bringing some Tang Orange Juice but it has alot of sugar in it... I could just pack water but im getting so sick of it (Ive had like 2-3 20 oz's of water a day!) And I want some juice with my lunch. I hate things like V8 Splash with Carrots (ew!). And also, I need a snack to add with my drink and sandwich. I was thinking about Sun Chips but those have tons of sodium and fat (and saturated). I dont like Vegetables either
Perhaps a banana?
