Default Lunch Snack + Drink Ideas

I need some ideas on what to pack for lunch. So far I have a shaved turkey sandwich, with wonder bread/calcium enriched white bread, light mayo, and fat free cheese. Im thinking about bringing some Tang Orange Juice but it has alot of sugar in it... I could just pack water but im getting so sick of it (Ive had like 2-3 20 oz's of water a day!) And I want some juice with my lunch. I hate things like V8 Splash with Carrots (ew!). And also, I need a snack to add with my drink and sandwich. I was thinking about Sun Chips but those have tons of sodium and fat (and saturated). I dont like Vegetables either Perhaps a banana?

I love to bring yogurt and some cereal to go with my sandwich at lunch time. I mix the yogurt and cereal together, which if very filling. It helps alot if the cereal is high in fiber.

I like anything that can be made the day ahead and taken in a tupperwear.
Recently I made a greek salad that was really good and almost NO calories: Cucumber, green peppers, and celery with blue cheese crumbles and zero cal. dressing. Granted it would have been better with some tomatos and olives, and feta rather than blue... but it made a great, large, lunch.
I also like the sushi rolls that you can find at the grocery. yum.

A friend gave me a great idea for lunches to take to work... so thought I would share here. Put 1 cup of brown rice or couscous into a plastic container and pour 1/2 can of "healthy recipe" soup (there are a wide variety; just be sure to check calories and fat, etc.). Then just zap it in the microwave... tasty and filling!

Point-friendly leftovers from supper are good for lunch.
I also like Lean Cuisines, Wendy's Chili (4 Pts for small) with side/salad with FF French (2 Pts), sandwiches on pumpernickel bread (1 Pts per slice), cup of soup.
