i have a huge weakness for ice cream. there are some light versions but, i found a very low calorie ice cream fix. i freeze cool whip and eat it frozen. it has the consistency of ice cream at a very small fraction of the calories. i sometimes get the french vanilla, strawberry or chocolate versions when they have them in season and stock up my deep freezer. i've been known to toss frozen fruit on it or drizzle some warmed up sugar free jam, or a handful of dark chocolate chips. i also eat lady fingers (a sponge cake like dessert with a lemony flavor). they are about 25 calories a piece and help calm my craving for cake.
