I'm gluten intolerant, there are gluten free breads you can have! Some are very high calorie though.
I suggest you stop eating it right away, the damage gluten does to your vasilli in your intestines is horrible. I've never felt better since quitting and it's actually helped me lose weight because you eat better naturally. I craved wheat/barley/rye for probably a good 3 to 4 weeks after, but it's fine now. I know I can't have it so I just don't even think about it.
Some people have even gotten celiac related cancer because of the damage it can do to our bodies.
