I find that Lean Cuisnie for one meal a day helps me with portion control. It tates great too. I buy the ones that are less than 300 calories and love the basil chicken pasta dish and also the turkey with scallop apples. I also have yoplait yogurt light for treats (no more than 2 a day) and sugar free jello individual packs ... only 5 calories.
That's what has helped me thus far! Anyone have any other tips?
