I just made a ROCKIN' breakfast & thought I'd share for anyone looking for new ideas:
1/2c Fiber One cereal (60 cal)
1/2 medium banana (50 cal)
2T Better n Peanut Butter (100 cal)
1/4c (or more) hot water
Heat it all up in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, stir & let cool. It tastes like eating a PB Cookie!
I paired it with a tall, skinny hazelnut latte from Starbucks and was IN HEAVEN this morning
