Default 2-Day Fast Formula??

Has anyone tried this? I am putting off my p90x dvds because I think I am looking for somehting to motivate me and this particular product is stating a weight loss of 7 lbs in 2 days. You just drink this formula for two days. I have read a few different reviews on it (although very few are out there) and many of the people who have done it are fitness gurus or fitness obsessed. They all say it is great to use if you need to get over a sugar addiction, or carb addiction as well as start you off with a boost.

Has anyone tried this or experienced it yet? I would really love to know more about it and whether I need to wait and use it until a weekend where a bathroom may be most accessible throught the day...if you get my drift

There is no way to lose 7 lbs of fat in 2 days but you can certainly dehydrate your body enough to lose that much water weight. Remember people are paid for endorsements. With those claims, I'd run as fast as I could in the opposite direction.
You can't out-exercise poor eating habits.
