My first Jelly Roll! (just being happy!)
 

Hello!
So, I've always wanted to own my own shop or something, and have gotten into baking in the past few months so decided I want to open a cafe when older!
I try to avoid sweets, so I dont bake without reason (holiday, birthday, etc.)

For memorial day, I decided to try out a jelly roll.
I made it from scratch, and no recipe! I made it up myself, and am so proud! :o
It was a little sweet, and cracked a bit too, but it was delicous! Even my dad went for seconds!

I filled it with raspberry fruit preserves and ate it with organic french vanilla yogurt (which I usually use instead of ice cream to make it healthier)

Yay! :D
