Applebees 550 menu
 

Below is the link the the 550 cal menus. i checked a few other sources and the Asiago Steak Plate is actually 390. I will try it tonight and let ya'll know how it tastes. I am liking this trend of posting calorie nutrition.

i had something from that menu too , it was a steak with portobella mushroom dish served with broccoli and potatoes rosasted with skin on , i expected the steak to be small ( and it was ) but gosh could they have maybe tried to give me more broccoli sheesh!! but it was delicious i enjoyed it !

I had the honey mustard chicken with peppers and mushrooms, with veggies...gooooooooood stuff....

I had the Asiago Peppercorn Steak and it was very good. 390 calories and I think that was accurate. The potato was modest in size, no fat added, veggies, steamed. I liked the steak better than Saltgrass and (I must say it) Ruth's Chris. Cheaper than both places too. What a deal. Sodium was high but some of it was from the cheese sprinkled on top.
