Sometimes I need something sweet. Just because I want to be healthier and lose weight doesn't mean I can never have sugar. For me, if I did completely deny myself....I would feel denied and then I worry I wouldn't be able to stay with my plan. So I allow myself small amounts.....so far this is working and I am usually able to resist larger servings or more than one snack.
I like the 100 calorie granola bars (chocolate chip).
I often have the prepackaged 100 calorie snacks from Nabisco. My favorite is the yogurt covered pretzels.
I do enjoy fruit (grapes or bananas usually, or packaged cups of lightly sweetened pink grapefruit). I just like something easy to eat. So I prepackage my own 100 calorie (1 cup) baggies of grapes for me and my boys.
