I tried something an online friend had mentioned.
I toasted 1/2 whole wheat english muffin. Then I sprayed with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray. Then I sprinkled on garlic powder and ground some italian herbs on. Then I put on one slice 2% american cheese and melted it for 15 seconds in the microwave. DELISH!!! It equaled out to about 120 calories. You could use a lower calorie bread and reduce that more or even use nonfat cheese.
