I need to convert my family! I need a good nummy way to make spinach! Help!!

Do they like spinach raw? I've found that people who don't like it cooked tend to like baby spinach salads.

As far as cooking it, my favorite way is to saute it in olive oil and then add a spoonful of garlic chili paste and a little salt. It cooks up fast and is tasty. I don't know if that's exactly what you are asking for though.

You can also throw a couple handfuls in soups and pasta sauces. They'll hardly notice it. I have a friend who does this because no one in the house (except her) will eat greens unless they are disguised in something else.
