I just had such an amazingly tasty and healthy dinner I just had to share with my fellow chicks.
I never cook, but with the help of my bf (the pseudo-chef) I made a very tasty meal.
Asian salad with Tuna Steak
For the salad I just used various Asian leaves. For the homemade dressing (1/4tsp sesame oil, some soy sauce, teeny bit of chili sauce, and the juice of half a lime). Best salad dressing ever!
Tuna Steak was brushed with olive oil and covered in coriander seeds and cooked medium rare. It was under 350 calories and amazing. I never cook, so I'm very proud of myself.
