made this last night in ceramic mini casserole dishes and it was pretty delicious!
apples peeled and sliced
hand-full of cranberries
almonds/walnuts (1/2 cup of either)
high heat (350-375 degrees), mix it all together in the dish and bake it up until a knife pushes through the apples easily (approx 8-10 min)
