Hi everyone -- I learned a few months ago that I'm lactose-intolerant. Lately I've realized that I spent a LOT of money on soymilk (especially Silk) and other dairy alternatives. I really like dairy and I'm not quite willing to cut it out of my diet completely ... but it can get so expensive!
Can you recommend any products that aren't too expensive but still taste good? Or do you have recommendations on how to stretch out what I buy for longer?
