I really do think I've perfected the art of making the best smoothies ever lol I just made one now that had:
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 banana
1 cup of kefir (or you can use non-fat yogurt)
2 tablespoons of ground flax seed
a few shakes of cinnamon
omg SOOOOO good!!!! In addition to my litte turkey sandwhich that I had for lunch I should make it right on through the afternoon to dinner!
