I really do think I've perfected the art of making the best smoothies ever lol I just made one now that had:
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 banana
1 cup of kefir (or you can use non-fat yogurt)
2 tablespoons of ground flax seed
a few shakes of cinnamon
omg SOOOOO good!!!! In addition to my litte turkey sandwhich that I had for lunch I should make it right on through the afternoon to dinner!
They make your stomach hurt?? hmm never heard that one before. Well basically any other kind of fruit..maybe a peach or apple, just something to thicken it up in addition to the berries. It really held me over too man. I had it at 1:30 and I wasn't even hungry by the time I ate my lean cuisine at 6:30.
