Homemade personal size pizzas. Mine was turkey pepperoni and DH had Canadian bacon and pineapple. Some baked chips, and alot of broccoli. With our daily can of Diet raspberry soda.

I have had 1 slice wheat bread w/ 1 slice white american cheese
2 cups water w/ 1tsp metamucil in each
2 biotins
2 omega 3 capsules
3 cups popped corn sprayed with a little pam and sprinkled with black pepper
protein drink
