Way back when microwave popcorn came out, there used to be a Orville Redenbacher Sour Cream and Onion popcorn. You'd make the popcorn and then shake a little packet of powerdery goodness over it. Of course it was all the high-cal stuff, but I would love to find a way to doctor up my 100 cal m'wave popcorn to have that Sour Cream and Onion flavor. I've tried sprinkling Parmesean cheese over it but it doesn't stick because there is no fat on the popcorn....I just end up with plain popcorn and a little pile of cheese at the bottom!

We like Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy. I am sure her other blends would be nice. My favorite way to have popcorn as a snack in the summer is to munch on it along with a hot pickled pepper and some ripe tomatoes. Sometimes I get the deli to do a nice nutty Swiss extra extra thin- so one slice is barely caloric and it take a bit of this, bite of that, and my p-corn stays crunchy.

Well today I made big arse bowl of air popped popcorn and I drizzled on a T of coconut oil, (for my todays fat) and OMG, pure heaven, this so tasted even better than movie theatre popcorn & way better for you! FYI, I just incorporated coconut oil into my lifestyle 5 days ago and I am so enjoying it and the coconut popcorn is amazing, try it you won't be disappointed. Oh yeah I used extra virgin coconut oil, health food stores sell it.

i found kernel seasons popcorn flavors at walmart and love them. most are like 2 calories a serving. i think i paid around 2.50 for a bottle and they seem to last a long time. here's the link http://www.kernelseasons.com/

I spray my popcorn with a little bit of that butter flavored cooking spray and sprinkle it wish Lawry's Seasoning Salt. Need the spray to make the seasoning stick. YUM!
