I just had my wisdom teeth out, so I have been eating mashed potatoes, healthy choice soup and fat free sugar free pudding for the past two days. It sucks. I miss real food.
The day before I had them out (Thursday), I had:
-a smart ones stuffed breakfast sandwich for breakfast (egg whites, low fat cheese, veggies, turkey bacon);
-almonds for a snack;
-healthy choice asian potstickers lunch (this was really tasty) with frozen mangoes;
-snack of sugar free pudding;
-dinner of baked key lime chicken, baked zucchini sticks, baked cauliflower.
-Dessert of skim milk ricotta, splenda, splash of vanilla, splash of lemon, blueberries.
