Ever get that crazy chocolate attack? well here is my version of a healthy chocolate pudding snack.
mash up one ripened banana
add dry unsweetened cocoa powder
continue to mash till well mixed
press through a wire colander
sometimes i add a moderate spoonful of peanut butter
or you can take almost frozen skim milk add a bananna w/ coca powder, for a milkshake too!!
