MY Chocolate Pudding
 

Ever get that crazy chocolate attack? well here is my version of a healthy chocolate pudding snack.

mash up one ripened banana
add dry unsweetened cocoa powder
continue to mash till well mixed
press through a wire colander


sometimes i add a moderate spoonful of peanut butter

or you can take almost frozen skim milk add a bananna w/ coca powder, for a milkshake too!!

That sounds yummy! I'm going to try it. I don't have a wire colander, though, so I'm just going to have to mash it really well.

I wish I could find the recipe card, but it was long ago. My daily evening chocolate fix (sometimes with a little freeze dried coffee sprinkled in during the making) was to take a low cal chocolate milk packet, make as directed, sprinkle in unflavored gelatin and let set till almost firm. Make it in the smaller bowl of your mixer set. Then whip on super high till like a mousse. A giant filling tasty bowl.

Ooh, I'm definitely gonna have to try this out! :D
