Sparkpeople has diced potato as 115 per cup. Regardless, these taste the same - in fact, I like it better because they taste already buttered without actually adding any butter.

I think of butternut squash as more similar to sweet potato than potato. It is a great flavorful veg. Planning one baked, then stuffed with ff ricotta and corn kernels with a bit of cheese, baked again- for a girl's party this weekend.
