We had a bbq last night & did some veggie kabobs with onion, bell pepper & zucchini. Had one left over & made an omelette with 1/4 c egg beaters and one whole egg, and a wedge of Laughing Cow cheese. SO GOOD!!
Although my vegan daughter disagrees, I find this kind of egg-y South Beach Diet breakfast keeps the munchies away. Although she always has toast, muffins, cereal or that kind of thing and isn't fat well...she's also 18 y/o which helps!
As for me I've sworn off the wheat-y or sugar-y items for breakfast and alternate between eggs, plain yogurt with stevia, string cheese or just a handful of walnuts if I'm really rushed.
