Default how often can I eat tuna fish??

I've finally discovered how to make tuna fish taste the way I like it. But then I started thinking... MERCURY. How much tuna fish is safe for me to eat? Should I be concerned with that?

I'm wondering the same because I'm a pescatarian (I only eat seafood, no meat) and I eat seafood quite frequently.

The Environmental Defense Fund has great resources on mercury in fish, including this article on canned tuna:

They also provide this chart on the safety of eating different kinds of fish in general:

Yeah, I love tuna myself, but largely stopped eating it due to the mercury content
