Default Light cooking without low-fat ingredients?

Is there such a thing? I don't mind using lean cuts of meat or whole grains, but my daughter can't have low-fat dairy and my boyfriend hates light anything. I'd rather just use recipes that limit them rather than replace them with low-fat ones.

Can someone maybe point me in the direction of some good recipes?

http://blog.fatfreevegan.com is my favorite site. Lots of good recipes, there are some 'special' ingredients used occasionally but mostly its whole foods type stuff.
