Healthy Choice!
 

I found this yesterday at the grocery store and got it because it was buy1get1 free... i don't have the time/patience to pack my lunch or prepare a big lunch meal, so this seemed perfect:

It's by Healthy Choice and it's called a "Fresh Mixer"... I got the Rotini & Zesty Marinara Sauce...

300 calories, only 3.5 grams of fat and 10g of protein! The down side is the sodium, but the taste was amazing for it to be a simple microwave dish. The is also a strainer, so you just full the bowl w/water, strain the noodles and add the sauce... simple, quick and very good!

Thanks, that's good to know... I've been wanting to try those but they haven't gone on sale yet (well, not on sale enough by my cheap standards :)).

I have a couple of these around the house. I bought them on sale for my emergency food stash in my desk - I work at a camp, but don't usually eat the food there - it's kid food, so not that healthy. I keep a few of them in my desk in case I don't have time to pack something or don't want what I brought.

I've only tried the southwestern chicken or something like that so far. It had rice instead of noodles.

I love the Healthy Choice Panini's they are so good and filling. Has anyone tried any of the Kashi Thin Crust Pizzas?
