Does anyone else eat this? I am soooooo in love with Purely Decadent non-dairy ice cream. I can't eat dairy due to my son's intolerance and my BFing, so when I'm craving some wicked ice cream, I go for a bowl of Purely Decadent soy ice cream.
The thing is, it's really not bad for you AT ALL compared to full-fat ice cream, and tastes just like it, no kidding! Like one of my favorite flavors, Mocha Almond Fudge, has 200 calories for 1/2 cup, 9 grams of fat, .5 grams saturated fat, and 6 grams of fiber! Yummmmm. So yeah, I just had to share. I would completely recommend it if you're vegan or eating non-dairy, or if you just want a healthier version of ice cream. If you want to read up on it, you can go to turtlemountain.com.
